1. BONUS PROJECT CLAIMS (23 CFR 190.5). The bonus project number shall have the prefix letters "COA" followed by the Interstate route number, section number, and agreement number, e.g., COA-080-1(1). "COA" is the abbreviation for "Control of Advertising." The number in parenthesis is the sequence number of the control of advertising claim for that route and Section.
