DoDI 1000.15, “Procedures and Support for Non-Federal Entities Authorized to Operate on Department of Defense Installations” - This Instruction outlines responsibilities and procedures to define and re-establish a framework for non-federal entities authorized to operate on Department of Defense installations.

DoDI 1010.10, “Health Promotion and Disease Prevention” - This Instruction establishes policy and assigns responsibilities for health promotion and disease prevention in accordance with the National Prevention Strategy, Affordable Care Act and Healthy People 2020.

DoDI 1015.08, “Department of Defense Civilian Employee Morale, Welfare and Recreation Activities and Supporting Nonappropriated Fund Instrumentalities” - This Instruction prescribes policy and assigns responsibilities for operation of Department of Defense civilian employee Morale, Welfare and Recreation activities and supporting nonapporiated fund instrumentalities.

DoDI 1015.10, “Military Morale, Welfare, and Recreation Programs” - This Instruction establishes and implements policy, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes procedures for operating and managing programs for military Morale, Welfare and Recreation programs.

DoDD 1015.5, “Department of Defense Student Meal Program” - This Directive establishes the Department of Defense student meal program in all overseas areas, where practicable. These programs shall conform to the standards prescribed by the Secretary of Agriculture in 7 Code of Federal Regulations 210, 220, and 25, the memorandum of agreement between the U.S. Department of Agriculture and the Department of Defense, and this Directive.

DoDI 1125.03, “Vending Facility Program for the Blind on Department of Defense-Controlled Federal Property” - This Instruction establishes policy to give priority in the establishment and operation of vending facilities, give priority in the award of contracts to operate cafeterias, ensure satisfactory sites are awarded for blind vending facilities and ensure specified income from vending machines will be given to state licensing agencies.

DoDI 1330.17, “Department of Defense Commissary Program” - This Instruction provides detail about the Department of Defense commissary program, which is included as an income benefit to provide savings and enhance the quality of life.

DoDI 1330.21, “Armed Services Exchange Regulations” - This Instruction prescribes procedures, and assigns responsibilities for operating armed services exchanges.

DoDI 1338.10, “Department of Defense Food Service Program” - This Instruction explains the Department of Defense policy to provide the highest quality and most cost-effective food service to authorized military and civilian personnel.

DoDI 1341.11, “Family Subsistence Supplemental Allowance” - This Instruction outlines the policy that a Family Subsistence Supplemental Allowance allotment shall be made available to supplement the basic allowance for subsistence of a service member.

DoDI 5200.08, “Security of Department of Defense Installations and Resources and the Department of Defense Physical Security Review Board” - This Instruction updates policy on the security of Department of Defense installations and resources and authorizes commanders to issue regulations for the protection or security of property or places under their command.

DoDI 6025.24, “Provision of Food and Beverages to Certain Uniformed Service Members, Former Members, and Dependents Not Receiving Inpatient Care in Medical Treatment Facilities” - This Instruction outlines policy for military treatment facilities with food service capabilities and the ability to provide food and beverage to uniformed service members, former members or dependents receiving outpatient medical care.

DoDI 6130.05, “Department of Defense Nutrition Committee” - This Instruction establishes policy, assigns responsibilities and provides procedures for the Department of Defense nutrition committee.

DoDD 3235.02E, “Department of Defense Combat Feeding Research and Engineering Program, Department of Defense Combat Research and Engineering Board and Department of Defense Nutrition Committee” - This Directive updates the policy and responsibilities governing combat feeding research, development and engineering in the Department of Defense; continues to authorize the Department of Defense Combat Feeding Research and Engineering Board (formerly named Food and Nutrition Research and Engineering Board) and the Department of Defense nutrition committee; and designates the Secretary of the Army as the Department of Defense executive agent for operation of the Department of Defense Combat Feeding Research and Engineering Program.

DoDD 5101.10E, “Department of Defense Executive Agent for Subsistence” - This Directive establishes policy and assigns responsibilities pursuant to section 113 of title 10, U.S. code for the management of subsistence across the spectrum of military operations.

DoDD 6200.04, “Force Health Protection” - This Directive establishes policy and assigns responsibility for implementing force health protection measures on behalf of all military service members during active and reserve military service, encompassing the full spectrum of missions, responsibilities, and actions of the Department of Defense components in establishing, sustaining, restoring and improving the health of their forces.
