Companies and Officials Suspended From Participating in Federally Funded Projects

Summary

On October 30, 2014, the U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Transit Administration, suspended Larry Davis, President and Chief Executive Officer of DCM Erectors, Inc.; DCM Erectors, Inc. itself; Gale D’Aloia, Owner of GLS Enterprises, Inc.; GLS Enterprises, Inc. itself; Johnny Garcia, Owner of Solera Construction; and Solera Construction itself. 

All were suspended based on a Disadvantaged Business Enterprise  fraud investigation, involving the World Trade Center Transportation Hub project in New York City, which has resulted in criminal charges against all parties.
