Conference Refund/Credit Policy

Conference registration may be transferred to another company representative. To ensure a conference badge is prepared in advance and ready onsite upon arrival, notice of transfer must be confirmed with DATIA by 5:00 PM 18 days prior to the conference start date. After that date, any changes will need to be addressed onsite during registration.

Cancellations received in writing 30-days prior to the conference start date will be provided with a full refund. No refunds will be issued after 5:00 PM 30 days prior to the start of the conference.
