One of the nine Air Traffic Organization (ATO) Service units, Technical Operations Services supports the delivery and efficient flight services to customers, through responsive and cost effective maintenance of the National Airspace System (NAS) facilities, systems, and equipment.  

More than 9,000 Technical Operations employees make sure that more than 41,000 pieces of equipment operate every day.
