FHWA Publishes NPRM to Propose an Asset Management Plan Development Process
On February 20, 2015, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) published a Notice of Proposed Rulemaking (NPRM) in the Federal Register to propose a process for the development of State risk-based asset management plans as required by the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (MAP-21). The public is encouraged to review the NPRM and submit comments to the comment docket.
