Patient Falls Reduction Toolkit

This toolkit will assist you with improving organization awareness and developing a response to patient falls, including education, prevention, assessment, reassessment, intervention and continuous improvement. The toolkit will help you develop a patient fall policy, protocol for patients at risk for falls, a review and database focused on patient falls, and it explains how to teach patients and family about fall prevention.

Patient Safety Learning Center (PSLC)

This is a member-based Patient Safety Community of Interest enabling connections within the Department of Defense, military and approved contractors who are engaged in patient safety activities. Use the PSLC to access, share knowledge about patient safety and collaborate on best practices across the Military Health System. A request for access must be approved to join the PSLC.
