| Project Description: | The objective of this contract is to conduct Long-Term Pavement Performance (LTPP) data analysis and related activities that support achievement of the analysis objectives set forth in the Strategic Plan for Long-Term Pavement Performance Data Analysis. The projects provide the basis for identifying and developing products that engineers and managers can apply to design more cost-effective and better- performing pavements, and check whether the data being collected are of the quality and completeness needed to find answers to how and why pavements perform as they do. | |
