  • Student Pathways Program
  • Review existing literature on various transportation operations topics and prepare synthesis of research studies and findings.
  • Use traffic simulation models to study the operational benefits of innovative road treatments such as intersections and interchanges.
  • Prepare experimental design and conduct field data collection such as traffic counts, speed, travel time, conflict measures, erratic behaviors, video data recording and extraction.
  • Prepare annotated outline of research projects and write technical papers and summary reports for peer reviews and publications.
