Summary

On November 9, we issued a Quality Control Review report on the audited fiscal year (FY) 2006 and FY 2007 financial statements for the Saint Lawrence Seaway Development Corporation (SLSDC). Dembo, Jones, Healy, Pennington & Marshall, P.C. performed the audit and rendered an unqualified (clean) opinion on the financial statements. The audit did not identify any internal control weaknesses or material non-compliances with laws or regulations. The SLSDC's Fiscal Year 2006 Annual Report contains the Dembo, Jones, Healy, Pennington & Marshall, P.C. report (beginning on page 22) and complete SLSDC Financial Statements.
