AK Glenn Highway Wildlife Viewing Tower This project will construct a wildlife viewing tower at the Palmer Hay Flats State Game Refuge. AK Eek Community Street Improvement Project This project will upgrade existing roads in rural Eek and construct new ones. AK Pilot Station Community Street Improvement Project The project will upgrade existing community streets in Pilot Station, including resurfacing, widening, improved drainage and dust control. AK St. Michael Community Streets Project This 4.39-mile project will build a new road, and reconstruct an existing road, to keep travel safe within the community of St. Michael. AK Toksook Bay Community Streets Improvement Project This project will improve access to local residents’ homes and community facilities. AL Natchez Trace Parkway Rest Area at Colber Ferry This project will construct a visitor rest stop at the Colbert Ferry Site on the Natchez Trace Parkway. AL Martin Road Improvement Project This project will restore and widen Martin Road on the Poarch Creek Reservation to reduce congestion caused by, and increase safety of, traffic turning in and out of the new Poarch Creek Public Health and Assisted Living Facilities. AR Crowley's Ridge Parkway and Great River Road Civil War Heritage Pedestrian Trail This project will provide trail design and construction as well as parking and traffic control improvements for a pedestrian trail that will connect five Civil War heritage sites with the Delta Cultural Center in Helena along the Crowley's Ridge Parkway and the Great River Road byways. AZ Historic Route 66 Kingman Pedestrian Crossing This project will construct a pedestrian crossing, limit dangerous turning movements, improve signage, and install a pedestrian signal connecting the Powerhouse Visitors Center with Locomotive Park. AZ Red Hills Pedestrian Trail This project will construct a two-mile-long bike/pedestrian trail from the Red Hills Village to Twomile Wash in Pipe Spring. It will provide the Kaibab Paiute tribal members with a travel route away from vehicle traffic and extending the existing trail system to nearby recreational areas. $286,480 Public Lands Highway Discretionary Program
AZ Pascua Yaqui Tribe Road Improvement Project This project will design and reconstruct the failing pavement of two roadways and will add safety and multimodal features such as lighting, drainage, curbs, bike lanes, Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) designed sidewalk and pathways, landscaping, and improved transit stops. $608,616 Public Lands Highway Discretionary Program
AZ Cowlic Community Flood Mitigation and Roadway Reconstruction Project This project will study and prepare design concepts as part of an effort to rebuild the flood-damaged Tohono O’odham Indian Reservation Road 31 to address the community’s periodic isolation from school buses, emergency vehicles and in-coming/out-going traffic due to severe flooding. $1,500,000 Public Lands Highway Discretionary Program
AZ Arizona Glen Canyon National Recreation Area Rehabilitation Project This project will repair an area that is vulnerable to erosion safer for visitors to Lee’s Ferry Road – the area’s only access to a popular recreation area and cultural district near Grand Canyon National Park. $310,000 Public Lands Highway Discretionary Program
AZ Yuma Multimodal Transportation Center TCSP funding will allow this project to proceed to construction. CA San Luis National Wildlife Refuge (N.W.R.) Access Safety Improvements Project This project will provide safer turn movement and accessibility for vehicles entering and exiting the San Luis N.W.R. Complex at the Blue Goose Road intersection along the California SH 165 corridor. The corridor, traversing between sections of the Refuge Complex, private lands, and a state park, is located less than 10 miles from several cities and has a history of vehicle accidents and fatalities at deficient intersections. $1,850,000 Public Lands Highway Discretionary Program
CA The Presidio Portion of the California Coastal Trail Connecting Baker Beach and the Rob Hill Campground with the Golden Gate Bridge, this project will help build a key, multi-use segment of the Coastal Trail to improve safety for bicyclists and pedestrians and encourage the use of alternative transportation modes in this highly-congested corridor. $976,000 Public Lands Highway Discretionary Program
CA The Regional Folsom Lake Bikeway Safety and Infrastructure Improvement Project in Granite Bay This project will complete the final funding gap in the Regional Folsom Lake Bikeway, which includes the construction of a bike/pedestrian overcrossing at Folsom Lake Crossing Road. $790,000 Public Lands Highway Discretionary Program
CA The Bald Hills Road Rehabilitation and Paving Project This project will pave a 3.1-mile section of dirt road to upgrade the limited transportation routes to and from the Yurok Reservation as well as within the Redwood National and State Parks (RNSP). CA The Crystal Springs Regional Trail South of Highway 92 Project This project will construct a new .9 mile segment of the 17.5-mile Juan Bautista de Anza National Historic Trail. CA Treasure Island Mobility Management study This project will plan and design cordon pricing, which is a congestion-based peak-period charge, to encourage alternative modes of travel to and from the Island. CA San Diego pricing incentives for one-way electric car sharing Working with the city of San Diego and researchers from the University of California at Berkeley, this project will test and evaluate a variety of pricing incentives, including credits for free vehicle use, to distribute vehicles in a one-way electric vehicle sharing system that would encourage other modes of travel when a car is only needed for one leg of a multi-leg trip. $440,653 Value Pricing Pilot Program (VPPP)
CA Contra Costa I-80 tolled-corridor real-time ridesharing The project will deploy real-time ridesharing in a corridor with casual carpooling. CO Gold Belt Tour Scenic and Historic Byway High Park Road Safety Fencing This project will construct 10 miles of fencing to keep cattle off the roadway. CO Conservation and Development Planning along Colorado's Byways This project will produce development plans for three Colorado byways, perform conservation planning on eight byways, and develop materials that showcase the relationship between byways, land conservation, and economic development. CT Route 57 over West Branch Saugatuck River in Weston The project proposes to accelerate bridge construction by using a relatively new bridge replacement technology known as “Bridge in Backpack.” The construction time for this innovative construction method is much faster than the conventional cast–in-place construction technique, improving safety and minimizing traffic impact. $400,000 Innovative Bridge Research and Deployment (IBRD) Program

CT Transit Access to Mansfield Hollow This project will provide new transit access and improve hiking and mountain biking trail access to the largest federally-owned open space in Connecticut – the Mansfield Hollow Lake property – through the acquisition of that will create access to the only nearby bus stop. This parcel will be developed into a trailhead connecting to an existing trail system, to better serve a largely minority population, 15% of whom live below poverty and 20% of whom do not own cars. $325,000 Public Lands Highway Discretionary Program
CT Torrington Downtown Streetscape TCSP funds will be used for improvements to downtown Torrington, on the east side of Main Street (from East Main Street to City Hall Avenue), to complete work currently underway on the west side of Main Street. $500,000 Transportation, Community and System Preservation Program (TCSP)
CT West Main Street Bridge Replacement Enhancing Pedestrian Access to Downtown Stamford and the Stamford Transportation Center TCSP funds will replace the closed 127-year old West Main Street Bridge in Stamford with a pedestrian bridge connecting the West Side neighborhood with employment, educational, recreational and transit opportunities downtown. $850,000 Transportation, Community and System Preservation Program (TCSP)

WI Road Upgrades at Necedah National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) This project will improve road base and gravel surface on two miles of access roads heavily used by NWR visitors. The roads are subject to seasonal flooding and are regularly closed because they are impassable.
