Summary

We initiated an audit to determine whether FAA’s oversight of airport land acquisition and relocation assistance programs ensures that sponsors (1) acquire property and relocate occupants in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, and (2) are reimbursed only for costs eligible under the Airport Improvement Program.
