The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) has issued the second Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Smart City Challenge. The NOFO can be downloaded above.
Note: Only the seven Smart City Challenge finalists are eligible for this funding opportunity. The finalists are:
- City of Austin, TX
- City of Columbus, OH
- City and County of Denver, CO
- City of Kansas City, MO
- City of Pittsburgh, PA
- City of Portland, OR
- City of San Francisco and/or San Francisco Municipal Transportation Agency
