Julian Watkins is a graduate of Livingstone College, Class of 2013. He graduated his institution with Cum Laude honors with a degree in Business Administration. During his college career, he participated in various student organizations in leadership positions. Mr. Watkins has also been a former Business Associate with OSDBU during the summer of 2012. In 2013, Julian was a Business Associate with OSDBU through the Summer Transportation Internship Program for Diverse Groups (STIPDG).
Prior to returning to OSDBU, Julian worked as a Disability Case Manager with Metropolitan Life Insurance Company. Currently, Julian operates as an Analyst for OSDBU’s Bonding Education Program (BEP).
