This order concerns violations by VRG Linhas Aéreas S.A. d/b/a GOL Linhas Aéreas Inteligentes (GOL) of the consumer protection provisions contained in 14 CFR Parts 259 and 399 and 49 U.S.C. § 42302, as well as the statutory prohibition against unfair and deceptive practices, 49 U.S.C. § 41712.
