Mexico-domiciled drivers are not required by Mexico to prepare Records of Duty Status while operating in Mexico but they are subject to hours of service limitations and must record their hours of work. The Secretaría de Comunicaciones y Transportes (SCT) regulates motor carrier operations in Mexico.
