Preliminary Plan for Implementation of Executive Order 13563
The Department prepared its final plan for the "Retrospective Review and Analysis of Existing Rules" in response to Executive Order 13563, which includes our responses to public comments and suggestions received during development of the final plan. As part of its plan, the Department has initiated a second round of review in accordance with Executive Order 13563. On February 27, 2014, the Department published a notice seeking comment on how this next phase of retrospective review should be managed. Below are status reports on the progress of our plan:
