Targets & Performance

The Performance Management approach initiated in MAP-21 includes establishing performance measures and setting targets to assist in approximating system performance.  Targets can be used to quantify how well a transit system is performing. This topic provides resources related to understanding the process of target setting and the expectations of performance when creating a Transit Asset Management Plan.
