We issued our quality control review of the audit giving an unqualified or “clean” opinion for SLSDC’s FY 2004 financial statements. We found that the audit, conducted by contractor Dembo, Jones, Healy, Pennington, & Marshall, P.C. of Rockville, MD, was performed in accordance with applicable standards.
