Attention: This new GOTHAM release requires all users to log in via the FMCSA Portal or the User Authentication System (UAS).
As you are aware, FMCSA is transitioning all login processes to a Single Sign On through FMCSA's new Portal. Certain reports, such as the field roster update, will only be available to users with specific assigned roles within the FMCSA Portal (see below). However, UAS authentication will be supported for most reports for an indeterminate amount of time.
To log onto GOTHAM select one of the following links:
- FMCSA Portal
Login to the FMCSA Portal, select A&I under the Available FMCSA Systems, then from the A&I home page select GOTHAM reports under the FMCSA Tools module

Login at the prompt for FMCSA and State Enforcement Users, then from the A&I home page select GOTHAM reports under the FMCSA Tools module
