Grants Management Solutions Suite
NHTSA has launched the first phase of the new Grants Management Solution Suite (GMSS) Administration System, a comprehensive solution to ultimately automate the entire grant lifecycle application and financial management process. Over time, GMSS will replace the current Grants Tracking System (GTS).
Initially, GMSS will allow you to:
- Upload and submit grant applications online
- Communicate with NHTSA leadership online
- Create and maintain user and state profiles
- Access and maintain guidance topics and training materials
- Request help and provide feedback

- 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. ET
- Monday through Friday except Federal holidays
The GMSS Help Desk hours for the weeks of June 6-24 are:
- 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. ET
- Monday through Friday
The GMSS Help Desk hours for the week of June 27-July 1 are:
- 8 a.m. – Midnight ET
- Monday through Friday
