Meeting Working Group 11-02 The TRACS work group 11-02 is tasked with assisting the FTA Drug and Alcohol Manager with reviewing the Prescription and Over-the-Counter (Rx/OTC) Study.  TRACS will provide recommendations for improving the development of non-regulatory employer Rx/OTC policies, employee Rx/OTC notification training and employee reported information and accident/incident investigations.
