Summary
Pursuant to 49 U.S.C. 5323(n), FTA is authorized to consolidate the certifications and assurances required by Federal law or regulations for its programs into a single document that an applicant for or recipient of Federal assistance under 49 U.S.C. chapter 53 must submit annually or as part of its application for such Federal assistance. FTA is also required to publish a list of these certifications and assurances annually.
The FY 2014 Certifications and Assurances reflect updates based upon the Federal statutory, regulatory, and programmatic changes that have become effective pursuant to the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act, Pub.
