High-Speed Intercity Passenger Rail Program (HSIPR)

The Federal Railroad Administration (FRA) periodically solicits applications and proposals for the High-Speed Intercity Passenger Rail (HSIPR) Program. In the spring of 2011, FRA solicited grant applications under the HSIPR Program for Individual Projects (e.g., PE/NEPA and FD/Construction) and Service Development Programs. The application period closed on April 4, 2011.

Please note the documents are intended to provide guidance applicable to projects submitted in response to the respective publication.
