Transportation Statistics Annual Report

Overview

First published in 1994, the Transportation Statistics Annual Report, a congressionally mandated annual report, presents key transportation indicators along with data and information about the performance, condition, and impacts of the U.S. transportation system.  In addition, it focuses on closing data gaps and improving the ways in which transportation statistics are collected, compiled, analyzed, and published. This is a report of the Bureau of Transportation’s (BTS’) Director to the President and Congress summarizing the Bureau’s findings.
