Pursuant to Section 32206 of the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act (P.L. 112-141), the report describes the safety of rental trucks including the crashes, fatalities and injuries, cost of crashes, roadside inspections, vehicle maintenance, and State laws and local regulations.
