Pursuant to Section 31102(e) of Title 49 United States Code (USC), the report presents the Motor Carrier Safety Assistance Program’s (MCSAP) Basic and Incentive grants, describes activities funded by the grants, assesses the effectiveness of key MCSAP activities, and evaluates safety trends in the States for fiscal year 2011.
