Budget and Program Performance Housed within the CFO's office is the Office of Budget and Program Performance. Its primary functions are to review, analyze, and revise the annual budget requests that are developed within DOT's Operating Administrations before they are submitted to the Office of Management and Budget (OMB) and Congress.
