The online system for the National Registry of Pipeline and LNG Operators is now available.  The National Registry requirement was effective January 1, 2012; any hard copy notifications submitted to PHMSA prior to the system coming online will be entered by PHMSA.  

To submit a Registry Notification, please navigate to the PHMSA Portal at the following URL https://portal.phmsa.dot.gov/phmsaportallanding and login to the Portal using your username and password established when you completed the Portal enrollment process.
