Pursuant to the Explanatory Statement accompanying the Transportation, Housing and Urban Development, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act, 2014 (P.L. 113-76, division L), the report describes the activities the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration has taken since the last update in June 2013 and updates the proposed schedule with performance goals to expand vetting to the freight sector in conjunction with implementation of the Unified Registration System.
