On January 31, 2014, we issued the final report on our review of NHTSA’s fiscal year 2013 Drug Control Obligation Summary and Performance Summary reports. No information came to our attention that would reverse management’s assertions that the reports complied, in all material respects, with the requirements of the Office of National Drug Control Policy Circular, Accounting of Drug Control Funding and Performance Summary, dated January 18, 2013.
