Summary

On May 2, Hugo A. Obregon pled guilty in U.S. District Court in Greensboro, NC to a felony charge of making false statements on an application for Airframe Mechanic’s Certificate. Joint investigation with FAA found that Obregon had provided false information regarding his pre-qualifying training and experience on an October 5, 2004 application.
