Summary

On April 5, 2016, William M. Parker, a former commercial pilot, was arrested by DOT-OIG Special Agents and U.S. Marshal Service Deputies near his residence in Ludington, MI. On March 2, 2016, he was charged via criminal complaint in U.S. District Court, Newark, NJ, with operation of an aircraft without an airman's certificate. 

The criminal complaint alleges that Parker operated a Dassault Aviation Falcon 900 on five occasions between July 24 and August 10, 2015. He allegedly operated internationally between the United States and Canada, Mexico, and Barbados. It is further alleged that during this period, his commercial pilot certificate, issued by the Federal Aviation Administration, was suspended.
