Former FAA Employee Charged with Grand Larceny for Theft of Metal

Summary

On July 29, 2014, James Jackson, a former Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) employee, was charged in Oklahoma County Court, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma, with grand larceny relating to his alleged theft from the FAA.

The investigation revealed that Jackson sold over $13,000 of scrap and working stock metal he allegedly stole from a storage area at FAA’s Mike Mulroney Aeronautical Center, Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. 

We are conducting this investigation with assistance from the FAA.

Note:  Indictments, informations, and criminal complaints are only accusations by the Government. All defendants are presumed innocent unless and until proven guilty.
