Summary

A Pennsylvania state court in Philadelphia sentenced William Nicastro to three years in prison for using another trucker's commercial drivers license to work as an over-the-road trucker at numerous trucking companies. Nicastro, whose own CDL is suspended, pleaded guilty in February to charges of forgery, tampering with identification, and securing documents by deception.
