Larry Crawford, owner of J&L Trucking, of Mission Hills, CA, was sentenced in U.S. District Court in Oakland sentenced to 12 months' incarceration and 3 years' supervised release for theft of interstate shipments and was ordered to enter a drug treatment program. Crawford illegally converted to his personal use U.S. Army-contracted household goods shipped from Hawaii to California. OIG investigated this interstate transportation case with the U.S. Army Criminal Investigative Division.
