Airport Sweep Update (October 16, 2002)

Summary

Boston: Two former checkpoint security screeners for Argenbright Holdings Ltd., at Logan International Airport, Boston, MA, pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Boston to falsifying their applications for an airport security badge. An illegal foreign national from Morocco, Sidi Moussa Fadili, of Revere, MA, pleaded guilty on October 16 to falsifying his eligibility to work in the United States. On October 9, Jackson J. Lucas, a citizen of Haiti, also pleaded guilty to making false statements on a security badge application about his work eligibility, as well as using a fictitious alien registration card and a social security number that was not his. Both men are scheduled for sentencing in January 2003.
