Florida Man Jailed for Lying on Pilot's License Application

Anthony John Marcinek, currently on probation for drug offenses, pleaded guilty and was fined $3,000 and ordered to serve 8 months in jail by a U.S. District Court judge in Tampa for making false statements to the FAA regarding his application for a pilot’s license.
