Man Accused of Using Pickup Truck to Haul Gasoline Sentenced

Summary

Humberto Ulloaa was sentenced to by a U.S. District Court judge in Miami to five months in prison for hauling 162 gallons in a pickup truck without proper hazardous materials placarding and for possessing and using counterfeit credit cards. Ullooa pleaded guilty January 30 to the charges. Ulloa drove his 1992 pickup truck to seven Miami area gas stations to purchase a total of 162 gallons of gasoline, even though the manufacturer’s fuel tank capacity was only 30 gallons. Separately, Ulloa used counterfeit postal service credit cards to purchase fuel.
