Summary

On February 2 1, John Russell Osterlund, formerly employed by charter flight company,
Sky King, Inc. (Sky King), based in Sacramento, CA pled guilty in U.S. District Court in
Sacramento to charges of making and delivering false official writing in connection with
FAA-required "Line Check Evaluations" which he falsely certified between February and
December 2004 for five Sky King pilots. Osterlund stated that he had flown with the five
pilots during the line check process, as required by FAA regulations, when he had not.
Sentencing is tentatively scheduled for May 2006.
