Summary

On September 28, Arsenio Aguilar, a former truck driver for Covitta Trucking, Inc., Lorton, VA, was sentenced to 36 months incarceration in U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia for his involvement in facilitating the sale of twelve fraudulent commercial drivers licenses (CDLs).
