Summary

Our second National Conference on Highway Construction and Public Transportation Fraud in St. Louis, MO, drew more than 300 participants from 46 states who were seeking to heighten their awareness of fraud and learn best practices to combat it. Featured speakers included Secretary Mineta, the Inspector General, the FHWA Administrator, and the FTA Administrator. Participants included Federal state, and local transportation representatives and law enforcement and audit officials.
