Summary

On June 21, the Acting Inspector General testified before the House Committee on Transportation Infrastructure, Subcommittee on Aviation, on the progress to date with FAA's Joint Planning and Development Office (JPDO). The testimony focused on progress and problems with current billion-dollar air traffic modernization projects, alignment of agency resources needed to support the JPDO, and the actions needed to move forward with the next generation Air Traffic Management System.
