PHMSA will participate in the Department of Labor's National Mine Health and Safety Academy's Explosives Workshop in Beckley, WV. PHMSA will provide an overview of the DOT'S hazardous materials program and training sessions on how to use the Hazardous Materials Regulations and training requirements. Over 100 participants are expected to attend.
