In our new paper, the third in a series of papers on community corrections, we discuss the need for a new model for community corrections that can improve public safety while recognizing that people on probation and parole are members of the communities in which they live and are supervised.

Presentations: Victim-Centered Approahces to Sexual Assault Response

Panelists discussed the neurobiology of trauma as it relates to sexual assault victims, reasons why victims may or may not contact the authorities or have evidence collected, the potential for re-victimization, and the need for comprehensive and trauma-informed responses.
