Airline Service Quality Performance System (ASQP)

The Airline Service Quality Performance System (ASQP) provides gate arrival and departure data in addition to wheels-off and on times for carriers that represent at least 1% of domestic enplanements (historically from 10 to 20 carriers). Carriers also report the causes of delay for delayed flights (carrier-related, extreme weather, National Airspace System, security, and late arriving aircraft). The data are available from June 2003 and are updated monthly. Please refer to directive Title 14 Code of Federal Regulations Part 234 for further details.
