Materials Format

NHI course materials are available in hard copy and electronic copy formats. Hard copy materials will be mailed to you. Electronic materials are available for download and can be saved on your computer.

Materials Cancellation

If you would like to cancel your materials order, please contact our Materials Manager via e-mail at nhimaterials@dot.gov or via phone at 703-235-0552.

Materials Included in Session

If you are enrolled in a session, you do not need to purchase the session materials separately. Training materials are included in the session enrollment fees and are provided at your training session.

FHWA Employees

For FHWA employees enrolled in a session, training materials are included and do not need to be purchased separately. Due to fiscal constraints, FHWA employees who are not enrolled in a training but would like a copy of the training materials will need to purchase materials from the NHI Store.
