This contract is to provide Consultant Onsite Personnel, specifically, Project Officer Engineers and Construction Inspectors to assist the Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division field personnel in administering and managing highway and bridge construction contracts in the South Region. The South Region includes: North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Tennessee, Arkansas, Louisiana, Puerto Rico, and the Virgin Islands.
