This contract is to provide Consultant Onsite Personnel, specifically, Project Officer Engineers and Construction Inspectors to assist the Eastern Federal Lands Highway Division field personnel in administering and managing highway and bridge construction contracts in the North Region. The North Region includes: Maine, Vermont, New Hampshire, Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, The District of Columbia, Ohio, Indiana, Michigan, Kentucky, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, Illinois, and Missouri.
