Two Las Vegas McCarran International Airport Employees Plead Guilty

Summary

Two employees working at Las Vegas McCarran International Airport who were arrested during a Federal background check of airport employees in February pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Las Vegas, NV, to making false statements and using false Social Security numbers. Angeles Ramos-Partida and Francisco Torres-Gutierrez used false identity and documents to gain employment at the Las Vegas airport as well as secured areas. The two face deportation in connection with fraudulent immigration documents, which were also discovered during the investigation. The investigation was conducted jointly by INS, OIG, and the Social Security Administration OIG.
